Thera is a 20-page comic based on the historical destruction of the Greek island of Santorini, or Thera. 3500 years ago, a volcano erupted and buried the wealthy civilization that called it home under layers of ash. Today, its wall paintings and artifacts tell its story.  They are used as much of the influence for this new take on prehistoric Greece and its story.
